Permacultura do Corpo

The event starts:

The event ends:

This workshop offers an exploration of Regenerative principles of nature applied to how we inhabit, perceive, and use our bodies. Somatic education practices, perception games, movement exploration, drawing, and other creative approaches will be used as tools for investigation and learning.

What you’ll learn / do

This workshop invites participants to explore the body as a living, intelligent, and adaptive system, inspired by the principles of permaculture: observing, cooperating with natural processes, using energy consciously, and creating balanced relationships.

Through practices of awareness, movement, creativity, and experimentation, participants learn to recognize their bodily patterns, discover more efficient ways of carrying out everyday actions, and develop a more sustainable relationship with themselves and with others.

The experience integrates principles of somatic education and permaculture, building bridges between natural systems and the human body as an organism in constant adaptation.

– Concrete Skills:
Participants learn to observe and reorganize their movement patterns, using their bodies with greater efficiency, balance, and awareness in everyday activities.

– Problems Addressed:
The workshop helps participants manage tension, overload, and fatigue by replacing physically draining patterns with more conscious and efficient ways of using the body.

– Visible Outcomes:
By the end of the experience, participants experience greater ease, presence, and clarity around how they move, work, and rest.
